Thermal Soaring

Our club has a growing group of members exploring different disciplines of thermal soaring. Our club has always had a couple of home made winches, and we hold the occasional club winch day.

We also host some fantastic events throughout the year, and with great support from special interest groups like V.A.R.M.S and the R.C.G.A. and others, we are able to provide fantastic competitions right in our own backyard.

F3B and F3J have been to visit us and lately we hosted the Australian championships and the Trans Tasman trophy for F3K.
