Ballarat Aeromodellers Incorporated began many years ago when a small group of Aeromodellers thought there must be a way of having a club and having fun too. And so we began. After more than 3 decades, we continue to fly model aircraft and more importantly, continue to have fun. We are a light hearted bunch of people, from mixed backgrounds. We enjoy flying power and glider models at our home field in Haddon. As well as glider models at the nearby Mt Hollowback.
We host many events throughout the year, including Old Timer, F3A and F3B gliders, and recently F3K Australian championships and Trans Tasman competition. We also host an annual Scale Aero Tow event. See our Events Calender for more details about when these are on.
